Mu Cephei (latinized from μ Cephei, abbreviated as Mu Cep, μ Cep), its surface temperature is 3,690 K, its distance from Earth is 2,838 light years away. Its brightness is about 100,000 times brighter than the Sun. Its radius is around 1,000 times bigger than the sun, making is one of the largest Stars known, while the largest star known is Stephenson 2-18. If Mu Cephei replaced the Sun, it would engulf the orbits of the planets up to Jupiter. With its massive gravity, it can probably suck in the other planets and destroy their orbits. It is in the Constellation of Cepheus, also known as the king Constellation,
because the shape of it is like a king's crown.
